What we offer

1-2-1 Talking Therapies

Our therapists offer various talking therapies that understand and respect different cultures. These therapies are designed to lessen the impact of emotional mental distress.

1-2-1 Key Working

Mental Health Practitioners use a social approach to give personalised, one-on-one support. They look at the whole picture and carefully manage everything related to a client’s care and communication, always considering their feelings.

Telephone Support

If you need help, your first step is a phone call. We’ll talk with you to figure out what kind of assistance you’re looking for, so we know the best way to help you.

Peer to Peer Support

You can participate in guided group support with others who face similar challenges, available both in person or online.

We also..

  • Provide organisations with training to enhance their understanding of cultural diversity.

  • Extend policy and strategic support to Bristol, North Somerset, and South Gloucestershire.

  • Collaborate with several universities to offer therapy sessions specifically tailored to students of colour.

  • Lead the Mental Health Network for people of Colour, a network created by and for the community. By gathering the needs and priorities of the community, we emphasize voices that are often overlooked, especially when it comes to health inequalities. We then communicate these insights to healthcare providers, guiding them to enhance access to their services.
