Mental Health Assessment Practitioner
This role involves conducting in-depth mental health assessments that consider clients’ cultural, social, and personal backgrounds whilst maintaining accurate records. It focuses on developing a holistic understanding of clients’ mental health challenges, including the impact of racism, intergenerational trauma, and systemic inequalities.
You will collaborate with clients to co-produce culturally appropriate care plans, applying anti-racist, strengths-based, and empowering approaches. The role requires working with NHS and community providers and advocating for clients’ cultural and linguistic needs.
- Contract type: 12 Months Fixed Term Temporary
- Working hours: Part time over three days
- Location: Office base
