Our Services

What we offer

Our services are culturally responsive and tailored to meet the unique needs of men and women of colour. We provide a set number of sessions completely free of charge, ensuring your privacy and confidentiality.

We’ll require a referral form to be completed to access our services, and then an initial phone assessment with one of our skilled practitioners will evaluate your needs, discuss the type of support you’re seeking, and guide you toward the most appropriate service.

Language Support
If English isn’t your first language, we will do our best to provide language assistance within our team to ensure you feel heard and supported. If this isn’t possible, we will help connect you with additional resources to meet your needs.

We also...

  • Provide organisations with training to enhance their understanding of cultural diversity.
  • Extend policy and strategic support to Bristol, North Somerset, and South Gloucestershire.
  • Collaborate with several universities to offer therapy sessions specifically tailored to students of colour.
  • Lead the Mental Health Network for people of Colour, a network created by and for the community. By gathering the needs and priorities of the community, we emphasize voices that are often overlooked, especially when it comes to health inequalities. We then communicate these insights to healthcare providers, guiding them to enhance access to their services.
